"My family and I recently went on vacation to Daytona Beach. One of the issues we faced prior to this vacation, however, was the issue of lodging. We had looked online at many hotels along the beach, but, upon arrival, discovered that the pictures were not as they seemed. However the Days Inn Tropical Seas had, in fact, posted accurate photos of their rooms and hotel, and we found this very assuring.
Upon our visit, we were greeted by a very polite front desk clerk, who answered our questions and accomodated our needs very well. She seemed very knowledgeable about the hotel and its features as well.
We stayed at the Days Inn Tropical Seas for four nights. During our stay, all of our needs were met and the housekeeping staff was very nice, polite, and accomodating to our needs. The hotel was always kept nice and tidy, the pool was healthy, and the 'deck' area was clean and well kept.
Finally, upon leaving, the front desk clerk, Jo, made sure our leave was pleasurable and nice.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the Days Inn Tropical Seas hotel. out of all the hotels we had seen in the Daytona Beach area, this one was by far the cleanest and most accomodating. Our stay was made enjoyable by the staff! We will definitely return to this hotel on our next vacation!"

"We have stayed at your Days Inn for the past 20 years and it has been a great part of our lives. First my wife and I, than we had kids, and than grandchildren, all had the great pleasure to stay in our rooms 302 and 303. Last year my wife developed brain cancer and you were able to accommodate us one last time. We were unable to get 302 but found 210 as good as 302. MaryLou passed away two months ago and I wanted everyone who stays here to know that this property is more than just a hotel, its management and staff care more for you like a family than most families do. My wife had asked me to contact Patrick and Eva and tell them that she loved you both. Her last stay was her favorite. Thank you to the staff and thank you to the Townsell family for hiring such good friends.

"We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Tropical Seas and we had a wonderful time. We had reservations at another hotel on the beach and were VERY unhappy with the room. We called your hotel and were fortunate that you had a room available. The room was great! The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and the private balcony overlooking the ocean made it perfect. I would highly recommend Tropical Seas to my friends!

"My family and I recently visited Daytona Beach and stayed at this motel for a week. It was the nicest motel that we have found that doesn't have an outrageous price. They offer great service for a really great price. The staff was exceptionally wonderful, and will do everything in their ability to accomodate you. The rooms are very clean. The pool area is very clean and beautiful. My family stayed in room 406 in found it to be wonderful. The view was great from our ocean front room. We were able to get towels upon request without having to make an even trade of dirty ones like most places. My family and I would recommend everyone visiting Daytona to stay here. We will never stay anywhere else but here from now on. We wish we had found this motel a long time ago. Our family vacation would have not been the same without staying here. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"As a Red Cross volunteer, I lived at this property for two months in 2004 during the four hurricanes that hit the area. I was treated very well and enjoyed my stay as much as possible considering the circumstances.
Recently I took my wife there for a three day getaway and WOW, what a difference. The new renovations were such a wonderful surprise. The property is perfectly situated near shoping and many great restaurants. Rachael, at the front desk, and I rememberd each other from 2004 and she was exceptional as usual. I met Eddie for the first time and he helped us with a future reservation when we plan to spend a week there.
Another satisfied guest and we will defenitely refer friends and family to you.

Serious beach-aholics so this location - only Footsteps from the beach without the crowds found closer to the boardwalks - is fantastic for us. We love the rooms with kitchonettes / balcony's which make it convenient to prepare coffee in the room then watch the dolphins swim by each morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. The hotel is always undergoing changes so it's exciting to come back each year and discover what's new and improved. LOVE the Days Inn Tropical Seas and cannot wait to get back again!"

"My wife Gail and I are return guests at Days Inn Tropical Seas because it is a special place. We travel a lot in our business, and it is rare to find the perfect combination of such a great location, very reasonable rates, clean rooms, extremely friendly and outgoing staff, and great amenities. We regard Tropical Seas as our 'home' in Florida. It is right on the beach, and many rooms have private balconies from which your views of the ocean, sky, and beach are always superb. You can hear the roar of the waves and smell the great salty tang of the ocean, and you won't go broke doing it either! We really love the people of Tropical Seas. From Patrick Holley, the general manager, to each member of the staff, these folks feel like family, or at least like very good friends. If you like the feeling of having a 'special place' to come to again and again, and if you love the unusual beauties of Daytona Beach, then you may find both of these requirements satisfied in this beautiful lodging property."

Pat and his crew are more than courteous and helpful and treat us like family EVERY time we come. Pat has always been able to manage to help us get our 'favorite' room or floor and for that we are most grateful. He has always went out of his way to watch out for Rex's elderly parents when they were able to come down and get them out of jams when they got in an accident in New Smyrna Beach.
